To obtain a copy of the wait list form, please download the form from the link below, complete it and return it to the centre. If a position is available, you will be charged the one off $100 enrolment fee.

Please note that the enrolment fee does not apply until you have a secured position at the centre.

Priority of Enrolment

Priority of enrolment is determined by the Commonwealth Government Priority of Access guidelines. Children are selected in the following priorities:

1. Children who have both parents or a sole parent working or studying full time or part time and are seeking employment.
2. Children referred by the NSW Department of Education and Communities.
3. Children or parents with a continuing disability or incapacity.
4. Children at risk of serious neglect or abuse.
5. Children of parents with more than one child under school age at home.
