Our Centre is registered and approved for Child Care Benefits (CCB) and Child Care Rebates (CCR).
You will be provided with the centre’s Childcare Provider Number to allow you to claim your CCB as a fee reduction or as a lump sum claim at the end of the financial year. If you wish to claim CCB or require further information please contact the Family Assistance Office on Tel: 13 61 50 between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday. To claim CCB you must register with the Family Assistance Office to receive a Customer Reference Number (CRN).
Child Care Rebate (CCR):
You can choose to receive your CCR paid fortnightly (either directly to your bank account or through your child care service provider as a fee reduction) or paid every quarter or annually as a lump sum directly to your bank account.
The Child Care Benefit:
Child Care Benefit is a payment made by the Australian Government through the Family Assistance Office (FAO) at Centrelink to families to assist with child care costs. All Australian residents using child care provided by an approved child care service are eligible for Child Care Benefit (CCB).
Contact the FAO on 13 61 50 and request a Claim for CCB for Registered Child Care form and to find out if your family meets the eligibility criteria.
